La sede Due VittorieThe Agricola Due Vittorie company is situated in Soliera, in the province of Modena, in the heart of the area producing Lambrusco di Sorbara (PDO). Surrounded by its own vineyards, it represents a wealth of agricultural labour combining the passion of the past with modern-day technology.

Due Vittorie Brand, is one of the best Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

Over the years, the company has consolidated a production philosophy that emphasizes the genuineness and the quality of the raw ingredients used in the production of Aceto Balsamico di Modena (PGI) that acquires a natural thickness and makes its production unique.

Due Vittorie is the result of the proprietors’ experience  combined  with the high quality of the local vines and the traditional processes for producing balsamic vinegar, which have, over time, become the object of a true, international patent.

As evidence of their deep commitment and passion, the owners Davide Maletti and Giorgio Regnani decided to name the Company after their own daughters, Maria Vittoria Maletti and Maria Vittoria Regnani.
This gave rise to the Due Vittorie trademark which represents their gratitude towards a land, in the area of Modena, where they grew up respecting nature, the vine-growing tradition, the passion for typical products and the pleasure of good food.

Along with stuffed pig’s trotters, tortellini, Mortadella, Parmigiano Reggiano and Lambrusco, the recognition for a typical product par excellence goes to balsamic vinegar, the finest of nectars and an exquisite condiment, used nowadays by top chefs throughout the world.

Modena, the undisputed homeland of balsamic vinegar and the flourishing “food valley” of the Italian peninsula, has always been home to the best of the agricultural and food industry worldwide: large, medium and small-scale companies vie with each other for the supremacy of their production, the organisation of the production chain and, above all, the superiority of their quality. This cultural wealth, based on care for detail, respect for the environment and attention to quality is what enables Due Vittorie to reach continually high levels of excellence.
